The way a company learns defines its culture. Education, humor, and trust are the values that I help organizations harness in order for them to change and thrive.
I'm a corporate training professional and Adjunct Professor at UC Berkeley and CSU East Bay. My core topics and research are Leadership, Humor, and Trust and my PhD dissertation is all about leader-humor. I completed my MBA degree at Pepperdine University, then traveled abroad to study global enterprise management at the University of Oxford. As a PhD scholarly practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I believe that process excellence and emotional intelligence are pillars to success in leadership. I hope to chat with you soon - my favorite hobby is meeting new people!
